Please note Just Bolt-On Performance Parts is not responsible for any overdraft fees or finance charges incurred by the cardholder. Once you have completed the checkout process you have elected to complete payment with in full. All orders completed on our website using the previous payment methods, are to be paid in full and billed immediately, unless using the Klarna payment option.

We use state of the art tracking software, which sends up to date tracking information to our customers. Tracking information is sent to the email address used at time of checkout or payment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated, as our system relies on integration with UPS, FedEx, and USPS systems. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELATIONS
We strongly suggest you call us at 1-844-526-2658 as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to change or cancel it, as orders are processed within minutes! If you email us, we may not receive them in time to stop the order from shipping out. Please double-check that your order details are correct before submitting your order during checkout.
An order that has already received tracking information and/or shipped cannot be canceled. If an order has been assigned a tracking number but the tracking information has not updated, this does not mean the order has not shipped. Please contact us HERE to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received. If you need to change the address on an order that has already been shipped, please call us. There will be a fee of $15 per package to reroute the order while in transit. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be changed while in transit. International orders placed may not be canceled, changed or modified after being placed.
Gift certificates can be purchased directly on our website or by clicking HERE. Gift certificates can be purchased for the following occasions, Birthday, Celebrations, Holidays, General and more. Gift certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, resold, or transferred for value. They are only for use on www.JustBoltOns.com or if you call in to place an order under the email address associated with your account. Just Bolt-On Performance Parts gift certificates may not be used or redeemed on international orders.
To redeem a gift certificate at Just Bolt-On Performance Parts, follow the simple steps below.
- You need your unique gift certificate code, which is part of the gift certificate that was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402.
- Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
- Click the View Cart link to view the contents of your shopping cart.
- Type your gift certificate code in to the 'Redeem Gift Certificate' box and click 'Go'.
To check the balance on your gift certificate, visit the “Check Balance” page or by clicking HERE. Enter the unique gift certificate code in the box and select “Check Balance”.
Gift certificates purchased from Just Bolt-On Performance Parts will never expire.
In the event of a back ordered item, we will contact you via email to inform you of the out of stock item and give you the option to change the item to an in stock part, hold the back order until the item is in stock, or cancel the order for a full refund. Most back ordered items are normally replenished within about two weeks of placing an order with the manufacturer. For the current ETA of an out of stock part, please contact us HERE.
All prices are as current as possible, using the supplied manufacturer minimum advertised pricing policy. Prices are subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any of the following reasons included but not limited to: out of date prices, typography errors, manufacturer pricing errors, etc.

Just Bolt-On Performance Parts offers a price match guarantee on all of the parts we sell to stay competitive in the marketplace. However, we reserve the right to refuse a price match for any of the following reasons included but not limited to: out of date prices, typography errors, discreditable vendor, etc.

If a part is found defective after our 30 day return period, a manufacturer warranty claim will need to be processed. This is done between the buyer and manufacturer. In most cases, working directly with the manufacturer is easier and more efficient. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs occurred during the warranty claim process. Warranty claims cover defective products and / or manufacturer defects. If a product is deemed abused, tampered or otherwise modified beyond normal usage, a warranty can be voided. Please visit the manufacturer’s website to view their warranty information. Just Bolt-On Performance Parts sells all products as is. Warranty eligibility and Terms is at the discretion of the Manufacturer.
We do our best to provide the image of the actual product you are purchasing. Please be aware some pictures may be generic in nature and may not represent your item exactly. VEHICLE FITMENT / ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
Product descriptions may be generic in nature as well as their titles. We do our very best to ensure item descriptions and titles match your vehicles correctly. When in doubt please ask. With so many parts available for many different makes and models we want you to be sure this part fits your vehicle. Ask before you buy! We are not responsible for fitment if you don’t ask us first. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUSE AN ORDER
Just Bolt-On Performance Parts has the right to cancel and refuse an order at any time due to the following reason, but not limited to:
- An item has been discontinued and no longer in production
- We are unable to confirm your payment method
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Shipping concerns due to questionable address
- Shipping Address does not match Billing Address
- Options were not selected correctly or left blank
- Risk of fraudulent activity
- Unable to verify shipping address with carrier
In the event that an order is canceled or refused, Just Bolt-On Performance Parts will issue a full refund immediately.
DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Due to the increase in fraudulent orders and scams; Any intentional or unintentional disputes or chargebacks will automatically deny any returns. If you have a problem with your order or item please contact us first to resolve the matter. If a chargeback or dispute takes place, you will be billed directly for all charge back fees that we incur as well as the highest allowable interest by state law as well as the cost of the items and shipping costs. If payment is not received within 30 days of confirmed receipt of that bill, your account will be forwarded for legal collections. Any attempts to avoid paying for the shipping charges of an order that you placed or any attempt to avoid paying restocking fees associated with a return will be considered theft and fraud. Fees that you can incur by filing a dispute / claim / chargeback incur but not limited to direct bill fee, restocking fee, PayPal dispute fee, charge back fee, maximum allowable interest by state law. SALES TAX AND USE TAX
NJ sales tax will be applied to all orders where the buyer reside in the state of NJ. If an order ships directly from a manufacturer to a buyer in the same state, additional sales tax may be required. We will contact the buyer via email for the remaining sales tax due. All purchases are subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Please note that the purchase is not exempt because it is made over the internet or by other remote means. The state requires that a taxpayer file a sales / use tax return at the end of the year reporting and paying use tax on those purchases that are not specifically exempt from taxation where sales tax was not charged on the invoice. Tax return forms are available on the individual states’ website.
CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS DISCLAIMER
Due to increasing regulations and guideline set forth from the State of California, we cannot ship any items that are not California Air Resources Board, (C.A.R.B) Exempt and or any items that may tamper with vehicle emissions. Your order will automatically be refunded and canceled if you purchase a product that is not approved for resale in CA.

Any other use, including recreational off-road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws. Just Bolt-On Performance Parts does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer.
