We take pride in providing excellent customer service and fast shipping. Free shipping offers are only for Standard Ground Delivery Services and are only for a valid shipping address within the continental United States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any international orders. Exclusions may apply to select manufacturers. We offer same day shipping, which applies to all in stock items, when the order is placed before 5PM EST. Please contact us prior to ordering to check inventory status. We ship orders via UPS Ground, USPS, FedEx Ground, unless otherwise noted. If an item is expected to ship beyond 3-5 business days, you will be notified by email. A signature will be required for delivery on all orders over $250.00.

Estimated delivery times for order shipped via UPS Ground Shipping Services:

  • East Coast: 1-3 Business Days
  • Midwest: 2-4 Business Days
  • Southwest: 1-3 Business Days
  • West Coast: 1-3 Business Days

*UPS Ground, FedEx Ground will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address at the time of checkout. Any order that cannot be delivered due to an issue with a shipping address, will be returned to sender. Any additional shipping costs such as a package redirection or signature confirmation, will be at the cost of the buyer. If an order is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 4 weeks to be processed.

REAL-TIME TRACKING

We use state of the art tracking software, which sends up to date tracking information to our customers. Tracking information is sent to the email address used at time of checkout or payment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated, as our system relies on integration with UPS, FedEx, and USPS systems. If you do not receive tracking information within 24-48 hours, please check your spam folder, or contact us HERE.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

UPS and FedEx Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and other expedited services are available. Please inquire before placing your order. We will need a physical shipping address in order to provide an accurate expedited shipping quote. Not all expedited shipping methods are available to all locations. 

Expedited shipping services are no longer guaranteed and a refund will not be issued in the event that the courier does not delivery the order on time. Refunds cannot be issued due to delays from unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.

FREIGHT SERVICES

A valid phone number will be required for all orders that require freight. Additional handling and shipping fees may apply to items that required freight shipping services. This is due to heavy, or oversized items, that may require special handling requirements. Additional freight fees will be noted on the product page, or you will be notified by email prior the order being processed. Please note that freight shipments being delivered to Residential locations may be delayed if UPS Freight is unable to contact you by phone to setup a delivery date and time.

 Important Freight Handling Information: When you order a product that requires Freight Services, you’ll need to be aware of a few things you need to do to avoid incurring hassle or additional fees:

  • Be present in order to sign for the package.
  • Open the package and inspect the contents with the driver present.
  • Log any and all damage on the receiver’s and driver’s paperwork.
  • Make sure the driver signs the delivery receipt with the description of any damage.
  • Take 2-3 good quality pictures of the damage to the item.
  • Do not refuse the shipment if there is any damage – it will start to accrue holding fees, and is harder for the freight carrier to locate while working on a damage claim.
  • Contact us HERE to let us know about the damage so we can initiate a damage claim for you.

 Freight Returns and shipment refusals without damage: Please note that freight items are not returnable once shipped unless as a last resort if a shipment is in danger of becoming abandoned.  In the case of a refused freight shipment without damage, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping, shipping of the freight item back to us, and any storage fees if applicable. In addition, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Just Bolt-On Performance Parts partners with many different distributors and manufacturers to ensure competitive pricing and fast shipping services. Once an order is placed, the system will select the closest warehouse location to our customer’s shipping address, depending on current product availability. If an item is out of stock in one of the many warehouse locations, we may have the order drop shipped directly from the manufacturer’s shipping facility.
