this promotion, purchase must be made between October 1, 2021 and November 15, 2021. All claims must be submitted by December

Rebates will be sent to the consumer directly with receipt of proof of purchase (sales receipt/invoice/order confirmation) of a qualified product from Retrax reseller. Proof of purchase must be a complete, legible scan or a digital image of the invoice with your name, address, etc. and qualified product and price are clearly visible.
